1. What is my phone model?
Check your > Settings> About phone. Or scan your phone’s back with Google Image Search.

2. How do I know if my phone needs a new battery?
You may need to replace your phone’s battery if you notice any of these common signs:

✅ Battery Drains Quickly

Your phone drops from 100% to 10% in just a few hours, even without heavy use.

✅ Phone Overheats Often

It gets hot while charging or during normal use — a sign of battery stress.

✅ Random Shutdowns

Your phone shuts off unexpectedly even when the battery shows 30% or more.

✅ Battery Percentage Jumps or Drops Suddenly

You see the battery jumping from 60% to 20% or turning off at 10% — a sign of damaged battery calibration.

✅ Swollen Back Cover

Your phone feels thicker or the back cover lifts — this can mean the battery is swollen (⚠️ very dangerous).

✅ Charging Takes Too Long or Doesn’t Reach 100%

Slow charging, stuck at a certain percentage, or never reaching full charge.

🔋 Most phone batteries last about 1.5 to 2 years. After that, they lose capacity and may need replacement.

3. How do I know if my phone needs a new LCD screen?
You may need to replace your phone’s LCD screen if you experience any of the following issues:

✅ No Display or Black Screen

Your phone turns on (with vibration, sound, or notification light), but the screen remains black or blank.

✅ Discolored or Distorted Colors

The screen displays unusual colors, lines, or “ink leaks,” even though the glass is not cracked.

✅ Touch Not Working

The screen looks fine, but does not respond to your touch or swipe.

✅ Screen Flickering or Blinking

The screen flashes, flickers, or has brightness problems when you use it.

✅ Vertical/Horizontal Lines on Display

Visible colored lines or dead zones appear even after restarting.

✅ Display Bleeding or Burn-In

You notice parts of the screen always showing ghost images or light bleeding.

💡 Even if your front glass isn’t cracked, the inner LCD layer can still be damaged by impact, pressure, or water.
